No Tip for “Tee Box” Wijaya

17.30 [wants] a cup of coffee before going to FreSh *too early to come as the gathering start on 6*

17.31 [thinks] ”Tee Box” is a perfect place *just few blocks from Jeff’s office*

17.45 [has] sat on a fluffy sofa in the left corner of the restaurant, waiting the waiter/ waitress to give the menu

17.50 [asks] the waiter to give us the menu *start feeling annoyed since the waiter should proactively give us the menu*

17.55 [hates] once again have to find the waiter to order *where is everybody, are they too busy to serve us*

18:15 [has] waiting for 20 minutes and our order still not served *annoyed, i’m late for FreSh*

18:16 [asks] the waitress for our order *she just said that it is being prepared*

18:20 [hates] once again asked the status of our order to the waiter

18:21 [wishes] to cancel the order and just leave “Tee Box” *such a wasting time, almost half an hour for a cup of coffee???*

18:25 the waiter served our coffe and said that he annoyed for serving all the customers alone :O *surprised, that’s your job isnt it*

18:26 [wonders] whether “Tee Box” has a SOP or SLA for their customer *totally annoyed for this kind of service*

19:00 [has] leaved “Tee Box” with full of anger *bad service though the food/ coffee was good*
