Here are the notes that I have :

• How can we make money from WordPress :
  Wordpress as the platform is a great tools for all the designer, developer, researcher to create anything beyond it (such as : premium template for designer, widget berbayar bagi developer, etc)
   
• Common mistakes :
  1.  Do not want to share idea and think that your idea is very special
  While actually the more you share, the more you get something. Do create something sustainable and share it with your family and friends
  2. Do not want to delegate the work
   
• How to contribute back to WordPress :
  - Starting writing in big media such as : Times
  - Proper documentation
  - Patching
  - Give donation to developer/designer and business consulting
  In short, all the ways to make WordPress as a bigger community, bigger audience and it will directed to a better business foundation
   
• Matt is not worried on Open ID
   
• Some great advices from Matt that make me admiring him more and more  
  - Money is not a good motivation to start something
  - Be an example (not asking somebody to do something)
  - If you want to start a business, find a co-founder with the same passion 
  - Keep people in good mood (esp your employee)
  - Share and contribute to others and you will get more
   
• Why using Wordpress theme premium?
  It’s one stop solution for user that do not have a good knowledge in WordPress
   
• Ad sense :
  - It’s not recommended to use in WordPress
  - It is not for a normal visitor 
   
• For blogger :
  Create more opportunites/business from your blog by having a good content. Then,  you can be a speaker, consultant, or even selling stuff/ talent.
   
• Online Ad and marketing money will go to the big and settled  business site (not a small sites or even a blog)
